People always ask, "What does CGS stand for?" Well, in 2002, Bob originally created our website and devoted it to Classical Guitar Sheet Music and the classical guitarist. The information available includes tutorials, a dictionary, and several other learning tools. The online sheet music store features over 80 classical songs, arranged by Bob Popek specifically for classical guitar, available in both standard notation and tablature.

For over 35 years, Bob Popek has been repairing and restoring stringed instruments in the Lincoln area. And for the past 5 years, he has become easily accessible at CGSMUSIC at 1244 High Street, Lincoln's most exciting music "boutique". CGSMUSIC is family-owned and operated focusing on playability, performance and product. Bob leads the way with his expertise in all areas of string repair and enhances that with a wide variety of merchandise. |

Terry Princ - (Yes, without the E) - has joined cgsmusic! Terry is a 1975 graduate of Western Iowa Tech Community College in Band Instrument Repair. He has worked steadily since and served as a road representative to the schools for almost 25 years, performing on-site repairs for students. In addition to repairing, Terry also plays alto saxophone and was a beginning member of the Lincoln Community Concert Band.
Terry is also very busy away from work! He is a 32 gallon blood and platelet donor, has completed several hundred mile bike rides and caters charity gourmet dinners. He and his wife Vicky, also love to go cruising when they're not drinking Terry's homemade beer and wine. Come in and see Terry working amidst his collection of science fiction pictures and posters (another hobby!) |
